Anyways to advance weight loss while on the computer?
Hi. I was wondering about weight loss. I do want to lose weight on my belly and I exercise everyday and I diet(really good and very healthy diet). Is there anything to enhance or advance weight loss while sitting on the computer?
Reminding you that I exercise and diet each day, very healthily, and I was wondering if I can enhance weight loss even more when I’m just doing nothing or if I’m sitting on the computer.
What is the best cardio workout in terms of burning fat?
I’m dedicated to starting a vigorous workout regimen beginning tomorrow. I figured that I’m about 20 ~ 25 pounds overweight (6 feet tall, about 190 lbs, I’m shooting for getting down to 170). I did a little research and found out that cardio workouts are the way to burn fat (as opposed to weight lifting). So what’s the most efficient cardio workout out there (what’ll give me the most “band for my buck” so to speak). I have access to a gym that has just about everything (treadmills, ellipticals, exercise bikes, stair steppers) so does anyone have any suggestions as to what’s best? I’m basically looking to lose as much fat as possible in as little time as possible. Thanks!!
