27″ thigh isn’t that difficult to fit, finding a small enough waist size is more likely the problem. Try a muscle mag website, if that don’t work you could always buy some that fit his thighs and then take the waist in for him.

dnt know about jeans but i cant get a shirt to fit me lol ive an 18 1/2 inch neck and im only 5′4″ tall any shirts are enormous on me
