no, it doesn’t and hasn’t to me. teens need to start small and do what they can. try a weight that you can do 12 reps of what ever the exercise.

If you over-do it then yes, it stunts your bone growth.
Think Richard Sandrak (strongest boy in the world). He’s 15 and about 5 feet tall

its a myth. If you work out PROPERLY all you’ll do is make your muscles and ligaments stronger and may even make you grow taller
