i think theyr actually safe, my husband has used these for many many years, as he was a thin teenager and wanted to bulk up, hes used them till now, hes 38, he even used them as i conceived our 4 children, they are all healthy, xxxxxxx

There’s nothing in generally available protein supplements that’s not just extracted from regular food, mainly milk sometimes eggs. High quality protein is essential if you’re trying to build muscle and although you could in theory take it in as normal food, it’s much easier to get the extra - over and above your normal food - by taking it in liquid shake form.
Be aware that it takes years to build a great muscular body. Be patient and consistent and determined with your training and diet and you will succeed.
