I’m training to do a 10 mile marathon in October but I’m also trying to gain 15 pounds of muscle by November. I want to weigh 180 (I weigh 167 now). I’ve put on the muscle before so I know I can do it. I just know that they say long distance running goes against weight training. Any thoughts on how I can do both?

I wanted to know if i could get any one to tell me the proper way to eat while weight training. Im not trying to bulk up, I want to build off of what i already have, while also trying to loose the small spare tire ive got.
