I want to look good in a swimsuit by summer! all I’m really worried about are my legs and Butt. I Just Had a baby 8 months ago and I’m down to 130pounds I dont want to lose anymore weigth I just want to tone and lose a tiny bit of flab below my butt!! Let me know how you like your ellipticals!     Yes, Ellipticals are the way to go!

    Here’s why you’d make the right choice if you do include an elliptical in your work out regimen:

    Ellipticals put almost nil stress on your joints as compared to a treadmill.
    Its gentle dual impact exercise, cardiovascular exercise as well muscle toning of all the major muscle groups in the legs and glutes.
    It way more fun than a treadmill.
    It gives your legs a higher range of motion than a treadmill , thus toning the calves, quadriceps , hamstrings as well as the gluteal muscles.

    You may also consider doing squats and leg lifts in addition to get better results
